What happens if my flight/ferry is late?
We consistently verify the arrival times of flights and ferries. Regardless of delays, our driver will await your arrival, ensuring your transfer proceeds smoothly at no extra cost.
What is the charge for late night pick up?
If you need a transfer between 23:00 and 06:00, an extra fee of 15 euros applies, as our drivers operate during these overnight hours.
How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver will typically wait for you for as long as necessary. Should you find your luggage missing, please notify us promptly by calling the number provided in your confirmation letter.
What happens if i can’t find the driver?
Your confirmation email will include all necessary details and the emergency contact number of your supplier. Contact your supplier for guidance to your driver.
What does private transfer means?
A private transfer involves a dedicated chauffeur-driven car service exclusively for your group, regardless of size, ensuring direct transport to and from your destination without any additional passengers.
What happens in case I do not wish to use the services?
If you choose not to utilize the Services for any reason and fail to cancel the Booking through contacting Ionian Tours, no refunds will be issued.
Do I hire the vehicle?
Indeed, when you book either the minivan or the private car along with a driver, the minimum rental duration is 30 minutes from May to August and 180 minutes from September to April. Per Greek law, the base rates for hiring a private car with a driver are set at €40 for the May-August period (01/05-31/08) and €90 for September-April (01/09-30/04), inclusive of 24% VAT. Should the VAT rate be 13%, the corresponding rates adjust to €36 and €82, respectively.
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
To modify or cancel your reservation, please send a written request to [email protected] no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.
